What is Sid?

Sid (Sid Sid Sid Sid) is a prospective feature film is about Sid Douglass, a teen with a very unruly obsession with time and the number five. After living sixteen indifferent years, hindered by his social inaptness and OCD, Sid's morale and long-held beliefs are torn and questioned in one day when a mere stranger and supposed “long-lost friend” from elementary school, Charlie, drags him through an unfamiliar world of drugs, parties, trouble, and fun; all the while managing to reconnect Sid with the girl he's been stalking since childhood, Kayli. In this chronologically non-linear depiction of the wildest day in Sid's life, the only thing certain is that he will never be the same.

A Word from the Creator

I'm Justin Verley, Writer/Director/Co-Cinematographer/Editor of the soon-to-be wildly successful feature film Sid (Sid Sid Sid Sid). When I was 15, I had a sudden burst of inspiration and a vision of a film depicting just how vast life changes could be in a short period of time (24 hours, to be exact). Now, three years of script adaptations, three different sets of casts and crews, and one mother who's very tired of letting me shoot in her kitchen later, Sid (Sid Sid Sid Sid) is finally coming to fruition.
